About the Ottawa Sports Network
The Ottawa Sports Network plans to deliver a website with information and news involving all of the pro teams in Ottawa, the Universities and Algonquin College, as well as all of the Jr. Hockey leagues across the city. There will be a strong focus on local athletes succeeding at a high amateur level, but the website will also include blogging from local amateur writers covering the wide world of sports.
A Note From The Editor
My name is Chris Lethbridge and I am the founder of the Ottawa Sports Network. I have always had a passion for writing sports articles and have volunteered countless hours as a statistician and play by play commentator for webcasts. It has been a lifelong dream to establish a career in the industry, not all of us can go pro at what we love the most, but amateurs stick with it for the love of sports. I am excited to launch a website that will showcase some of the best amateur athletes in the city, and allow amateur writers to contribute to what will hopefully be something very special.
